The 2016 Interdisciplinary Fellows involved in this
project are funded by the Canadian Frailty Network (CFN).
The CFN is Canada’s network for frail elderly and
late-life care solutions. CFN supports original research, and trains the next
generation of health care professionals and scientists to improve outcomes for
elderly Canadians across all settings of care.
CFN is a non-profit research network funded by the
Government of Canada's Networks of Centres of Excellence program. Its focus is
on the frail elderly with multiple chronic conditions, across all settings
of care, from acute and critical care to community care, where there is a
question of what technology to apply to improve their survival and quality of
life or the quality of their death. Read more about CFN here.
